this makes me smile. gramps is the cutest puppy, and to see him sleeping will make your heart melt. i got to babysit him at work last friday. it made my day!

i think my ipod just died, or is in the process of dying.

it's frozen in play yet it's not playing. tragically, the song it's stuck on is jeff buckley's "lover you should have come over." i hope it can resurrect itself when the battery dies. here's to praying.

i have three trips and a music festival coming up. all activities take place within the span of a month. i haven't been anywhere since my month-long excursion last december to latin america and north carolina. i'm so excited to take a vacation and get out of austin. i will get to see friends that i haven't seen since i moved to austin and others that i haven't seen since high school. i can't wait to see some of those friends that you just never want to seperate from, the ones that you find their personalities infectious and addictive and you love them no matter what. and i get to end the whole month with a trip to mexico, where i plan to sit, drink, and read for a week. i feel like such a grown-up these days, yet a kid at the same time. i'm loving life at this moment.
